Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience at a strong company and a staff‑engineer level track record.
• Proven ability to ship production code and influence engineering orgs.
• Experience leading adoption of engineering practices at scale.

Responsibilities

• Own AI-native engineering practice, eval harness, and reusable AI building blocks.
• Manage velocity projects and ensure integration into CTO orgs.
• Create golden path playbooks, templates, and observability standards.
• Coordinate smooth handoffs with named owners and drive stable acceleration.
