Qualifications

• Significant experience in a senior technical role such as Staff Engineer or Technical Lead.
• Ability to work with JVM technologies.
• Experience in AI-assisted development scenarios.

Responsibilities

• Shape AI-powered features for CLion.
• Design architecture for AI integrations.
• Prototype AI workflows including debugging and project navigation.

Skills

Software engineering experience

Strong experience with Kotlin or Java

Experience building AI-powered products

Strong understanding of coding agents
