Job summary

Viant in Irvine, CA seeks a Business Intelligence Analyst to design and maintain reporting, dashboards, and self-service analytics enabling data-driven decisions across Viant’s operations. You will support automated data processes and analytical workflows for recurring business use cases, and apply emerging AI capabilities to surface insights and augment analysis where appropriate.

Qualifications

• SQL and BigQuery proficiency for data extraction and optimization.
• Tableau dashboard development and self-service reporting experience.
• Databricks or similar cloud analytics platform experience.
• Digital advertising/marketing analytics background.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with data-driven conclusions.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain automated and ad-hoc reporting to support campaigns.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to develop actionable insights and present them via reports, dashboards, and visualizations.
• Provide strategic recommendations based on data trends to improve outcomes.
• Build self-service analytical tools for stakeholders to explore data independently.
