BairesDev is seeking an AI-augmented copywriter to drive revenue from email-driven campaigns. You will collaborate with growth marketers and engineers to build AI-powered systems that scale outreach, write high-converting copy, and deliver creative assets across channels in a remote-first, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications
- 1-3+ years working for North American-based tech companies.
- 1+ year of marketing agency or in-house copywriting experience.
- Software background or knowledge, or has worked with software services or products.
- Experience in email marketing and conversion-focused copywriting.
- Intermediate prompt engineering skills.
- Experience with AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini.
Responsibilities
- Write copy and design AI prompts for conversion-focused emails, SMS, LinkedIn messages, and other supporting channels.
- Propose new experiments and improvements to existing assets and strategy.
- Collaborate on other AI solutions such as n8n and Make to scale outreach.
- Occasionally work with cross-functional teams to create other types of short and long-form conversion-driven assets including ads, landing pages, and webpages.
