Job summary

Fieldguide is seeking an Agent Architect to bridge auditing expertise with product development and AI. You will help design AI-powered workflows for modern audit and assurance, translating real-world processes into scalable capabilities while collaborating with engineering, product, and design teams.

You will work with audit firms to understand workflows, identify pain points, and opportunities for automation, shaping how AI augments professional judgment rather than merely digitizing tasks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required.
• CPA license or Master's degree in Accounting is required.
• 8–10+ years of audit experience at senior manager level or above.

Responsibilities

• Design AI-powered audit workflows in collaboration with engineering, product, and design teams.
• Translate real-world audit processes into scalable product capabilities.
• Work with audit firms to understand workflows, pain points, and opportunities for automation.
• Identify edge cases, controls, and quality requirements for professional services workflows.
• Collaborate with ML team to develop AI agent capabilities for document analysis and testing procedures.
• Rethink long-standing audit processes and shape how AI augments professional judgment.
