Job summary

Brightly Software, Inc. seeks a Product Director for its Asset & Maintenance portfolio. You will own end-to-end product lifecycle from vision to market adoption, shaping strategy across manufacturing, education, and government facilities.

This is a high-impact, global role with the autonomy to drive product decisions and outcomes. You’ll lead strategic initiatives, GTM execution, and governance, collaborating with Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Finance to maximize ROI and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, AI, Product Management, or equivalent.
• 10 years minimum experience of progressive product management experience, preferably within SaaS, asset management, infrastructure/facilities planning, or closely related fields.
• 10 years minimum experience in one of the core markets (manufacturing, education, or government facilities).
• Proven track record of defining, launching, and iterating on products that deliver measurable results and drive revenue growth.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret financial and operational data and evaluate AI-generated insights for product decisions.

Responsibilities

• Define long-term vision and multi-year roadmap for asset management software and AI-powered solutions.
• Own end-to-end product lifecycle from definition to market adoption.
• Drive GTM strategy, pricing, and packaging, including transitions from perpetual to subscription models.
• Lead cross-functional orchestration across Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Finance around a North Star metric.
• Support change management and Agile at scale initiatives to enable platform-centric growth.
