Shield AI is seeking a Staff Technical Sourcer to own top-funnel talent discovery for aircraft engineering. You will build data-informed sourcing strategies across Aerodynamics, Propulsion, Avionics, and more, mapping markets and engaging highly specialized candidates.

Leverage AI tools and niche networks to create scalable pipelines and partnerships with recruiters and leadership. You will design AI-powered workflows, create market maps, and deliver talent intelligence that informs workforce

Qualifications

8+ years in technical sourcing for aerospace/defense or complex hardware domains.
Strong market mapping, competitive intel, and candidate generation for highly specialized roles.
Proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter, HireEZ, SeekOut, GitHub and related platforms.

Responsibilities

Own top-of-funnel sourcing and build data-informed strategies for aircraft engineering roles.
Map markets by company, geography, skill, and org structure to inform strategy.
Engage passive and cleared candidates through diverse channels and AI-augmented workflows.
Develop repeatable sourcing systems and talent intelligence reports for TA.
