Reporting to the Director, AI Enablement & Ecosystem, the role coordinates AI intake, portfolio visibility, governance, and value realization across Global Distribution; it builds the discipline to measure impact rather than deliver initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience leading AI portfolio governance and investment prioritization.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional stakeholders at senior levels.
• Proven capability to define KPIs and track value realization.

Responsibilities

• AI Intake & Portfolio Management: govern intake and maintain a transparent backlog.
• Prioritization & Resource Allocation: drive sequencing using business value and readiness.
• Governance & Executive Reporting: craft updates for senior leadership.
• Value Realization & Performance Measurement: establish outcomes, baselines, and adoption metrics.
• Operating Discipline & Continuous Improvement: improve governance templates and processes.
