Qualifications

• JD and/or significant experience in government, in-house, or law firm.
• Strong working knowledge of U.S. AI laws, policy proposals, and regulatory frameworks.
• Experience advising on AI or emerging technology issues affecting tech companies or digital platforms.

Responsibilities
