Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in campaigns, party committees, political organizations, or corporate or association political programs.
• Ability to advise senior executives on political matters and navigate campaign finance rules.
• Experience running a program or budget and reporting results.
• Strong track record in national politics and working credibly with both parties.

Responsibilities

• Build and run presidential engagement programs for major election cycles.
• Create candidate outreach and education programs across federal, state, and local races.
• Develop and manage Anthropic's field programs and grassroots organizing.
• Oversee political giving portfolios, PACs, and employee participation programs where lawful.
• Provide strategic recommendations to PAC board and company leadership on candidate support.
