Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Political Programs Lead to build and run company-wide political programs and PAC activities in a bipartisan manner. You will design initiatives, run day-to-day operations, and staff growth as the role scales, reporting to the head of Political Programs, Campaigns & Coalitions.

Emphasis on AI governance and safe, democratic policy engagement across party lines.

Qualifications

Experience in campaigns, party committees, political organizations, or corporate political programs.
Knowledge of campaign finance, lobbying, gifts and ethics rules that govern each.
Experience advising senior executives on political matters.

Responsibilities

Build and run the presidential engagement program for the 2028 cycle across parties.
Develop candidate outreach and education programs at federal, state, and local levels.
Build field programs for grassroots and grasstops organizing.
Oversee the political giving portfolio and PAC activities where legal.
Provide recommendations to the PAC board and leadership on candidate support.
Develop political intelligence and keep leadership informed on races and policy.
Design education and events for employee participation in politics.
Cultivate senior relationships across parties and represent the company credibly.
Advise leadership on political risk and opportunities.
Coordinate with Legal to ensure compliance with campaign finance and ethics rules.
Collaborate with policy and communications teams to align with public voice.
Report program outcomes both internally and publicly.
Hire and manage a small team as programs grow.
