Qualifications

  • Demonstrated ability to write clear technical documentation and process guides
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex, multi-phase projects
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and the product development lifecycle
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field

  • Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to identify functional gaps and prioritize AI use cases
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, process flows, and user guides for AI solutions
  • Lead cross-functional teams—including engineers, data scientists, and business partners—to deliver AI products on time and within scope
  • Ensure all AI implementations adhere to firmwide governance, compliance, and ethical standards
  • Track, analyze, and report on the performance and adoption of AI solutions, driving continuous improvement

The senior Product Associate – Agentic Performance Support, you will drive the strategy, benchmarking, implementation, and scaling of AI-powered coaching agents and solutions across the firm. You will own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and technical documentation to delivery and continuous improvement, ensuring our AI solutions close functional gaps and deliver measurable business value.
