• Extensive experience with VMware Cloud on AWS for enterprise workloads.
• Advanced Core Java expertise for SiteCore and AI components.
• Strong CI/CD skills with automated pipelines, testing and security checks.
• Practical understanding of AI platform reliability and automated recovery.
• Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid claim processing and healthcare regulations.
• Ability to work in a hybrid day shift with distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Design reliable AI platform architectures on VMware Cloud on AWS.
• Optimize Core Java services and SiteCore integration for performance.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for SiteCore workloads.
• Establish automated monitoring, alerting and incident response.
• Analyze production issues across AI components and SiteCore.
• Collaborate with AI developers and cloud operations to align reliability with goals.
• Implement capacity planning and performance benchmarking on VMware Cloud on AWS.
• Define coding standards and deployment patterns for Core Java and CI/CD.
• Guide teams in site reliability practices like error budgets and SLOs.
• Integrate observability tools into AI pipelines and SiteCore.
• Coordinate day shift hybrid operations for releases and reliability.
• Evaluate AI platform enhancements for healthcare claim processing.
• Document reliability patterns and runbooks for incident response.
