Job summary

Fortreum, a trusted leader in cloud and cybersecurity services, seeks a Program Manager to drive delivery across the Kovr AI Platform. You will bridge engineering, product, delivery, and business teams, translating roadmaps into executable schedules and owning end-to-end plans.

The role requires a BS in CS/Engineering, a strong AI/ML background, SaaS experience, and on-site work in the DC area. Active Top Secret clearance is preferred and valued.

Qualifications

• :Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end execution of technical project plans and translate roadmaps into schedules
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Engineering, Sales, Delivery and PMO to unblock dependencies
• Establish and run core PM processes (status reporting, sprint planning, risk registers) for a fast-scaling AI startup
• Translate complex concepts—system architecture, APIs, AI/ML capabilities—for technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Track project health, timelines, and delivery across concurrent workstreams
• Coordinate customer success and onboarding tied to releases
• Identify and mitigate delivery risks across cloud, AI/ML, and compliance workstreams
• Drive continuous improvement of PM tooling and team rituals with the PMO
• Support planning to ensure products meet technical excellence and market needs
