Job summary

Cisco Systems, Inc. is seeking a Technical Program Manager to own end-to-end execution of AI Canvas programs across multiple engineering teams.

You will translate strategy into actionable plans, drive cross-functional collaboration, and lead agentic AI initiatives from definition through production, with a strong focus on safety, reliability, and measurable outcomes. You will partner with engineering, security, and product leaders to ensure validation, release, observability, and operational

Qualifications

Experience leading complex technical programs for enterprise SaaS through production launch and ongoing operation.
Experience leading at least one generative AI, LLM-based, or agentic capability through development and production.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional programs in a highly matrixed engineering org.
Technical fluency in cloud platforms, APIs, distributed/data systems, and modern AI deployment practices.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end execution of AI Canvas programs across multiple engineering teams.
Translate strategy into clear execution plans, milestones, and ownership across teams.
Lead agentic AI programs from use-case definition to production and iteration.
Establish evaluation-driven delivery to measure AI quality, safety, latency, cost, and reliability.
Communicate status and risks to executive leadership with clear recommendations.
