Job summary

Cisco Systems, Inc. is seeking a Technical Program Manager to own end-to-end execution of AI Canvas programs across multiple engineering teams, including platform architecture, agent frameworks, UX, data systems, security, and integrations.

You will collaborate with senior engineering and product leaders to shape program execution from roadmap to GA and post-launch. You will translate product and technical strategy into clear plans with milestones, interdependencies, metrics, and ownership,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 12+ years of related experience
• Master’s degree with 8+ years of related experience
• PhD with 5+ years of related experience
• Experience leading complex technical programs for enterprise SaaS products
• Experience leading generative AI/agentic capabilities through development and production

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end execution of AI Canvas programs across multiple engineering teams
• Translate strategy into execution plans with milestones and ownership across teams
• Lead agentic AI programs from use-case definition through production
• Establish evaluation-driven delivery practices for AI quality, safety, and reliability
• Communicate program status and risks to executive leadership
• Partner with engineering, quality, and security teams on validation and release readiness
