Job summary

Cisco Networking in San Francisco seeks a senior leader to own the AI/ML strategy and drive native AI/ML functionality across Networking products. You will shape the data platform strategy and guide a growing PM team to deliver innovative AI solutions.

You will collaborate with cross-functional Cisco groups to deliver impactful customer outcomes and contribute to Cisco's next phase of growth.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
15+ years of product management experience.
Experience managing enterprise SaaS/software products.
3+ years of direct people-management experience leading product management teams.
3+ years of experience building AI/ML products incorporating technologies such as large language models, natural language processing, neural networks, or generative AI.
Experience with networking, cloud-based services, and/or application monitoring.

Responsibilities

Own the overall Cisco Networking AI/ML strategy and roadmap.
Build native AI/ML functionality into Networking products.
Shape the data platform strategy.
Lead a talented team of product managers.
Collaborate with Cisco Networking, assurance, collaboration, and security product teams.
Leverage comprehensive owned and unowned network data to build AI/ML platforms and features.
Drive improved customer outcomes and simplify customers' lives.
Interface with cross-functional teams to solve challenges innovatively.
Contribute to building product teams responsible for Cisco's next phase of growth.
