Job summary

PitchBook seeks a product management leader to own Navigator and PitchBook's AI platform experience. You will shape strategy and roadmaps, manage a team of PMs, and partner with Engineering, AI/ML, Design, and Data teams to drive customer-focused AI workflows.

You will drive a high-velocity initiative spanning conversational interfaces, agent routing, and a scalable workspace architecture, mentoring leaders and aligning stakeholders for measurable impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Math, Statistics, Finance, or related field.
• 8+ years of product management experience in SaaS/enterprise.
• 4+ years mentoring Product Managers.
• Experience delivering AI/ML or conversational AI products in B2B SaaS.
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Own Navigator product strategy and vision with multi-quarter roadmap.
• Lead and grow a high-performing Product Management team.
• Drive delivery of complex, cross-functional roadmaps with cross-functional partners.
• Define and measure business outcomes; build dashboards and interpret performance data.
• Shape PitchBook's AI product narrative and represent Navigator's direction.
