Job summary

Ansell is looking for an Associate Director, AI Platform Product Management to lead the Guardian algorithmic platform from ideation to deployment. You will work with AI engineers and data scientists to design and deploy models, define success metrics, and guide integration across regional workflows.

You will translate business needs into technical requirements, ensure governance and ethical AI practices, and drive the API roadmap while shaping a scalable safety intelligence platform aligned with

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related fields.
• 5+ years experience in product management for data platforms or AI-driven products.
• Proven success delivering machine learning, analytics, or technical platform products.
• Strong technical understanding of AI/ML, data architecture, and integrations.
• Experience with Agile tools (Jira, Confluence, Aha!)

Responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle of the Guardian algorithmic platform.
• Collaborate with AI engineers and data scientists to design and deploy models.
• Define metrics and validation frameworks to ensure algorithm performance.
• Partner with regional teams to integrate recommendations into workflows.
• Translate business needs into technical requirements for features and integrations.
• Ensure compliance with data governance and ethical AI standards.
• Define and execute the API roadmap for the Guardian ecosystem.
• Establish API governance and documentation standards.
• Communicate a clear product vision aligned to Ansell's digital strategy.
• Translate complex technical concepts into business value.
• Champion Guardian's evolution into a scalable safety intelligence platform.
