Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in systems administration or enterprise IT operations.
• Experience administering cloud or SaaS platforms in an enterprise environment.
• Familiarity with Microsoft ecosystem (Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID, SharePoint, Power Platform) preferred.
• Experience supporting integrations, access management, and cost tracking for enterprise applications.
• Prior experience in a law firm or professional services environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Administers, secures, governs, and supports AI platforms and services.
• Ensures platforms operate securely and in alignment with business objectives and compliance.
• Manages APIs, connectors, and automation for secure data access with ethical walls and confidentiality.
• Coordinates vendor updates, feature enablement, and operational troubleshooting.
• Maintains documentation on AI platform configurations, access procedures, and integrations.
• Supports integrations between AI platforms and firm systems like document management and collaboration tools.
• Monitors usage, performance, and costs; assists with cost tracking and allocation.
• Manages access controls and usage policies with Security, Risk, and Identity teams.
• Implements RBAC, audit logging, and data protection controls.
• Configures environments, resource groups, and service integrations for AI workloads.
• Analyzes usage data to recommend optimizations.
• Provides Tier 2/3 support and incident resolution.
• Coordinates vendor and internal teams to resolve complex issues.
