Job summary

Vernovis is seeking an AI Applications Administrator to manage and support enterprise AI platforms, including Microsoft Copilot and ChatGPT Enterprise. This role oversees platform administration, user access, security, governance, monitoring, and operational support to ensure AI applications are secure, reliable, and cost-effective.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of enterprise IT, platform administration, or systems operations.
• 3+ years administering ChatGPT Enterprise or similar enterprise LLM platforms.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot, Microsoft 365, and Azure AD/Entra ID.
• Experience with PowerShell and Microsoft Graph; Python or shell scripting is a plus.
• Understanding of DLP, Microsoft Purview, SIEM, and enterprise security practices.
• Experience with IT ticketing and incident management; ITIL knowledge preferred.
• Understanding of generative AI, AI/ML fundamentals, and responsible AI practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field preferred.
• Microsoft 365 Administrator, Azure AI Engineer, or related certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain enterprise AI platforms, including Copilot and ChatGPT Enterprise.

• Serve as the primary contact for AI-related support tickets and incidents.

• Partner with IT, HR, Legal, Finance, and Operations to support AI adoption and governance.
• Manage vendor relationships and day-to-day operations with AI service providers.
• Support AI platform rollouts, governance, and compliance reviews.
• Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and implement scalable solutions.
