Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's with extensive experience and leadership in engineering.
Experience directing platform, infrastructure, or shared-services engineering across multiple teams.
Experience leading large-scale platform initiatives from requirements to production deployment.
Experience defining technical standards for design, security, and testing in cloud-based environments.

Responsibilities

Lead the CollabAI Platform engineering team through full lifecycle of platform services.
Drive platform posture across AI compliance programs with security teams.
Establish engineering standards for design reviews, security, observability, and incident response.
Manage cross-team commitments aligning platform roadmap with product priorities.
Translate stakeholder needs into platform decisions with product/SRE/security.
Optimize architecture to improve velocity and reduce cost per inference.
