Job summary

TikTok USDS Joint Venture LLC is seeking a candidate for the E-commerce AI Platform team in Seattle to design and operate scalable ML platforms and AI services. This role emphasizes delivering robust AI platforms, training and deploying ML models, and enabling wide-scale AI orchestration across business domains.

The successful candidate will partner across teams, lead architectural decisions, and drive innovation in Agentic AI and related AI services to support our e-commerce platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• 1+ years of hands-on experience building, training, and deploying complex and scalable ML systems.
• Strong CS foundation including algorithms, data structures and software design patterns.
• Solid programming skills with understanding of Agentic AI and AI platforms like ChatBot, Rag, A2A protocols.

Responsibilities

• System Architecture & Implementation: Lead the design, implementation, and operation of AI platforms with robust performance and flexible business integration.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner across teams and stakeholders to drive complex engineering efforts and align technical strategies.
• Innovation: Drive technical innovation by integrating emerging technologies to keep infrastructure cutting edge.
