Job summary

TikTok USDS Joint Venture LLC is seeking an AI and Security Process Engineer focused on agentic systems to design, build, and deploy autonomous AI agents capable of reasoning, planning, and acting within security workflows.

You will work with LLMs, LangChain, and agentic frameworks to automate complex tasks, integrate data sources, and optimize performance in a security-centric environment. This role blends software engineering with AI leadership.

Qualifications

• Degree in CS/AI/ML or related technical field.
• 5+ years of software engineering or ML experience.
• Proven experience with agentic AI frameworks and a strong project portfolio.
• Deep understanding of LLMs, NLP, and RAG concepts.
• Strong Python engineering for production APIs and ML tools.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI agents with robust reasoning and tool-use capabilities.
• Lead end-to-end RAG lifecycle and domain-specific data workflows.
• Translate user needs into autonomous, executable workflows.
• Integrate APIs, databases, and external data sources for real-world actions.
• Develop agentic architectures (ReAct, plan-and-execute, multi-agent).
• Evaluate performance with rigorous metrics and iterate on prompts and models.
• Fine-tune LLMs and refine RAG pipelines for context-aware solutions.
• Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and engineers.
