Job summary

RealPage in Richardson, TX is seeking an AI Developer IV to design, build, and scale internal AI solutions that boost engineering productivity and accelerate delivery. You will create reusable patterns, agentic workflows, and enablement assets to move AI from experimentation to production use.

The ideal candidate has hands-on software development experience, solid knowledge of LLMs and agentic systems, and partners with engineering teams to turn AI concepts into usable internal capabilities.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of software engineering experience.
• 2+ years of applied AI, LLM, or agentic workflow experience.
• Strong programming in Python and TypeScript/JavaScript.
• Experience designing cloud-native apps on Azure, AWS, or GCP.

Responsibilities

• Design and build internal AI solutions to support engineering productivity.
• Develop agentic workflows, tooling, and reference implementations.
• Collaborate with senior architects to scale patterns beyond one team.
• Provide enablement and documentation for engineering teams.
• Define evaluation, safety, and governance for AI solutions.
