Job summary

Mastercard is seeking a Platform Engineer II to scale and support our Generative AI and Copilot platform capabilities. You will contribute to engineering, support, governance, and adoption of Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, and related AI platform services.

The successful candidate will blend engineering excellence with a customer focus to support internal developers, maintain platform documentation, and drive enterprise AI adoption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in CS or related field.
• 2-5 years in platform/software engineering, automation, or related roles.
• Experience with cloud platforms, APIs, automation, or integrations.

Responsibilities

• Build, test, and maintain solutions supporting enterprise AI and Copilot.
• Contribute to platform integrations, automation, and reusable components.
• Develop MCP servers, connectors, and proof-of-concept solutions.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and troubleshooting resources.
