Job summary

Seneca Resources seeks an AI Platform Engineer to support state-of-the-art enterprise AI platforms, including OpenAI, Microsoft Copilot, and Google Gemini. You will configure, administer, integrate, and support AI services to ensure secure, efficient operations, while troubleshooting incidents and developing automation scripts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Cybersecurity, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 2–4 years of experience in cloud systems, platform engineering, application support, DevOps, or SaaS administration.
• 1+ year of practical exposure to AI, Generative AI, or AI-enabled enterprise platforms.
• Hands-on experience with at least one major AI ecosystem (OpenAI, Microsoft AI, Google AI) and ability to support multiple platforms.
• Proficient with APIs, IAM, cloud/SaaS administration, troubleshooting, and technical documentation.
• Ability to maintain security and governance standards while providing technical support.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot issues across platform components and resolve incidents.
• Develop automation scripts to streamline workflows and platform maintenance.
