Job summary

Arcadia is seeking a Software Engineer to join the founding team and own core infrastructure for an AI-powered platform. You will ship real features quickly, work across the full stack, and influence product direction in a fast-growing startup where your code reaches users immediately.

You will design systems for automated workflows, data processing, and AI outputs, while collaborating with the founding team on architecture and strategy.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong fundamentals in at least one backend language (Python, TypeScript/Node.js, Go, etc.).
• Experience shipping customer-facing products.
• Solid understanding of databases, APIs, and distributed system design.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship product features end-to-end across an AI-powered platform.
• Design and implement systems powering automated workflows and AI-generated outputs.
• Work across the full stack including frontend, backend, data pipelines, and AI integrations.
• Build seamless integrations across web apps, spreadsheets, email, and productivity tools.
• Collaborate with the founding team on technical architecture and product direction.
• Write clean, well-tested code in a fast-moving environment.
