Job summary

OnePay seeks a Platform Engineer (AI & Automation) to transform AI strategy into production reality. You will embed within cross-functional teams to design and deploy agentic systems that automate complex workflows and 10X impact.

You will prototype with Cursor and Claude Code, lead discovery sessions, and build secure integrations with robust monitoring and audit logging across the SaaS stack.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional engineering experience shipping production code.
• Hands-on expertise with modern AI tooling, including LLM APIs and agent frameworks.
• Experience with REST APIs, SQL data pipelines, and cloud platforms (GCP/AWS).
• Product mindset with cross-functional collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

• Operate as an AI-native engineer, prototyping, deploying, and shipping production-grade AI agents and automation workflows.
• Lead discovery sessions with stakeholders to surface requirements and translate processes into technical specifications.
• Build, maintain, and secure integrations between core SaaS stack and AI services with monitoring and guardrails.
• Create reusable playbooks and documentation to enable teams to extend what you build.
