Job summary

LPL Financial is seeking an AI Platform Enablement Analyst to empower engineering teams with reusable SDKs, templates, and reference implementations. You will bridge platform thinking with practical developer experience to accelerate AI product delivery.

Join a hybrid team building scalable, safe AI capabilities; you will craft tooling and docs, support demos, and collaborate with product and engineering to simplify AI adoption across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a technical field.
• 7-12 years developing backend services, APIs, or developer platforms, preferably Python or Java.
• 3+ years creating reusable libraries, SDKs, templates, or internal frameworks used by engineers.
• 2-3 years working knowledge of AI or ML-powered application development.

Responsibilities

• Build reusable SDKs, sample applications, and reference implementations for AI-enabled software development.
• Create developer tooling that supports local development, testing, evaluation, debugging, and deployment of AI workloads.
• Translate platform capabilities into clear technical documentation, implementation guides, and onboarding resources.
• Develop templates and examples for AI use cases like chat assistants, summarization, RAG, and agent workflows.
• Partner with product and engineering teams to support adoption and promote scalable AI solutions.
• Gather feedback from early adopters and improve tools, docs, and developer experience.
• Support internal demos, workshops, hackathons, and innovation initiatives showcasing AI capabilities.
