Job summary

Innovative Solutions in San Francisco seeks a Product Marketing Manager to own how DarcyIQ and our Forward Deployed Engineering services are positioned, launched, and sold in the market. You’ll translate deeply technical offerings into compelling narratives for buyers and work with product, engineering, and sales to accelerate growth.

You will craft GTM strategies, lead end‑to‑end product launches, and develop enablement assets that empower sales.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product marketing experience in B2B SaaS, enterprise software, AI/ML platforms, or developer‑ tooling companies.
• Ability to translate complex technical products into clear market narratives, with work samples.
• Proven track record building sales enablement programs that improve win rates and deal velocity.
• Experience leading cross‑functional GTM launches involving product, engineering, sales, and marketing teams.
• Experience positioning both a product and a services offering as complementary solutions.
• Strong analytical mindset; data‑driven decision making over gut feel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, able to present to executives and analysts.

Responsibilities

• Craft and refine positioning, value propositions, and messaging for DarcyIQ modules and FDE services.
• Develop GTM strategy for Forward Deployed Engineering with AWS mid‑market and enterprise focus.
• Own end‑to‑end GTM for new DarcyIQ features and module releases.
• Build sales enablement assets: decks, battlecards, guides, scripts, ROI calculators.
• Maintain competitive intelligence and produce win/loss analyses to aid sales.
• Source and promote customer case studies and quantified outcomes (e.g., 3X capacity, 40% faster time‑to‑production).
• Develop thought‑leadership content— blogs, whitepapers, webinars.
• Translate customer interviews and data into actionable roadmap recommendations.
• Define KPIs and monitor adoption, pipeline contribution, win rates, and time‑to‑market.
