Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an accomplished Enterprise Architect to define architecture standards across forecasting, data lake, and agentic automation platforms. You will own platform-level decisions across a GCP/AWS split and set technical direction for MCP development and tooling integration.

You will partner with Quality Engineering to harden prototypes and serve as the primary escalation point to client engineering leadership, bringing AI-enabled systems and multi-cloud expertise to the role.

Qualifications

15+ years in enterprise/platform architecture, including AI-enabled systems.
Demonstrated experience architecting agentic or AI-augmented internal platforms.
GCP Professional Cloud Architect certification (or equivalent depth).
Working fluency in Node.js.
Experience with cloud data platforms such as Snowflake or BigQuery.
Multi-cloud (AWS) architecture experience (nice-to-have).
Exposure to financial/FinOps or commitment-tracking systems (nice-to-have).
Python/Streamlit familiarity (nice-to-have).

Responsibilities

Define architecture standards and apply design patterns across Forecasting, Data Lake, and Automation Platform apps.
Own platform-level technical decisions across the GCP/AWS cloud split.
Set technical direction for MCP development and agentic tooling integration.
Partner with QE Lead to ensure prototypes are hardened rather than rewritten.
Serve as the primary technical escalation point to Client engineering leadership.
