As Manager, AI Platform Architect, you’ll lead a high-performing team of Platform Architects who work closely with customers to design, build, and optimize intelligent workflows using Notable’s Flow Builder platform. You’ll play a key role in scaling our platform architecture function by setting the standard for technical excellence, customer impact, and operational efficiency.
You will guide your team in translating complex healthcare challenges into elegant, AI-driven solutions. You’ll help shape our approach to customer implementations, influence product direction, and serve as a mentor and coach—ensuring the success of your team and the broader organization.
This is a player-coach role where you’ll be hands‑on in solving challenging problems while also building team capabilities, driving strategic initiatives, and influencing cross‑functional alignment across Customer Success, Product, and Engineering.
We value in‑person collaboration and connection. For Bay Area–based employees, this role requires being in our San Mateo office at least three days a week. For remote employees, occasional travel to headquarters is expected for company‑wide events and onsite gatherings.
