Job summary

WEKA in Campbell, CA is seeking a Sr. Technical Alliance Engineer for the AI Platform to bridge engineering, product, and marketing—driving technical content, benchmarking, and certification testing.

You will craft narratives, develop performance analyses, and engage customers to showcase storage solutions; work with NVMe storage, AI/ML workloads, and NVIDIA technologies. This role emphasizes collaboration with alliance partners, hands-on benchmarking, and pre-sales support, leveraging GPUDirect

Qualifications

Experience with parallel file systems and storage architectures.
Proficiency with storage benchmarking tools (FIO, IOzone, etc.).
Hands-on infrastructure setup and NVMe storage expertise.
Familiarity with AI/ML workloads and GPU storage integration.
Experience with NVIDIA GPUs, GPUDirect Storage and Spectrum-X networking.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with alliance partners to explore product integration opportunities.
Work on partner certification and validation.
Develop benchmarking methodologies to measure performance of parallel file system solutions.
Optimize performance with NVMe storage and AI/ML workloads.
Leverage GPUDirect Storage and Spectrum-X networking to enhance storage performance.
Create technical content such as whitepapers, blogs, and presentations.
Engage with customers and partners via webinars and workshops.
