Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Technical Program Manager for APO Partner Tech AI Acceleration in Seattle. You will orchestrate end‑to‑end programs across two pillars: Partner AI Acceleration with co‑build engagements and AI Agent/Workflow Automation delivering AI agent capabilities at scale.

You will work across NAMER, APJ, and EMEA with PSA builders, APO Engineering, and field teams. The role demands coordinating milestones, tracking performance metrics, and presenting to Directors and

Qualifications

• 3+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 3+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk and critical path management.
• Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate PSA Pod delivery across Strategic AI Partnerships.
• Manage intake pipeline operations with GEO partner teams and program leads.
• Track revenue signal alignment and surface risks to leadership.
• Manage portfolio of AI agent products from development through production launch.
• Define program milestones and coordinate dependencies with AppSec and ORR governance teams.
• Monitor agent performance metrics and drive data‑informed prioritization.
• Collaborate with builders, APO Engineering, field teams to remove blockers and reduce risks.
• Influence roadmap priorities and resource allocation decisions from partner signals.
• Write narratives and present to Directors and VPs to drive decisions on trade-offs.
• Establish and maintain program mechanisms including sprint cadences and retrospectives.
