Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with an AI voice model, compare image and video pairs, and explain what looks or sounds off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and talking through scenarios.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations.
• Able to decide when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models and ranking naturalness and usefulness.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging prompt adherence.
• Inspecting outputs to spot issues like distortion, flicker, or audio/video misalignment.
• Writing explanations in English pointing to observed issues.
