Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from home with flexible hours. You will conduct live conversations with AI voice models, compare media pairs, and explain what’s off in writing — all remotely and on your own schedule.

Earn up to $18 per hour, with weekly payments and free access to leading LLMs. Applicants from multiple countries are welcomed, including the United States.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail with ability to replay or zoom in on outputs.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Able to make clear decisions when multiple options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and ranking naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows the prompt better.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distortions, flickering, or misaligned audio.
• Rating outputs on adherence, quality, and realism and writing specific English explanations.
