Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a fully remote, flexible schedule. You will rate live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and describe specific issues in writing.

The role supports remote work from multiple countries and offers weekly payments via ACH, PayPal, and AirTM. Ideal candidates have strong written English, keen attention to detail, and the ability to explain findings clearly.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication and comfortable with everyday conversational speech.
• Strong attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Nice to have a Bachelor's degree or above.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models, ranking naturalness and usefulness.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge which follows prompts better.
• Inspect outputs closely: zoom in, replay and spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, text or audio mismatches.
• Rate outputs on adherence, quality and realism, and write a concise English explanation of what you observed.
