Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from home on a flexible schedule. You will roleplay live conversations with AI voice models, compare outputs, and explain in writing what looked or sounded off to help improve AI systems.

Ideal candidates are fluent in English, highly attentive to detail, and comfortable making clear, evidence-based judgments. Bachelor’s degree or above is a plus, and remote applicants from multiple countries are welcome.

Aufgaben

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models and rank naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge which better follows the prompt.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, or mismatched audio and video.
• Write a concise English explanation pointing to what you saw or heard and why a choice was made.
