Job summary

Expedite Talent Solutions is seeking a Technical Architect in AI Ops for the Hartford area. Hybrid work setup with a 12-month contract. Must have 8-10 years of experience and Claude Architecture Certifications.

Role focuses on designing AI-driven IT Operations, predictive analytics, AIOps platforms, and enterprise-grade multi-agent architectures. Candidate will work with stakeholders to define roadmaps, lead architecture discussions, and develop POCs and workable solutions.

Qualifications

• Design AI-driven IT Operations solutions to improve reliability and observability.
• Build predictive analytics for incidents and capacity planning.
• Implement and optimize AIOps platforms with telemetry data and traces.
• Lead event correlation and automated remediation workflows using AI.
• Improve KPIs such as MTTR and service availability.
• Knowledge of Open Telemetry formats for telemetry.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI-driven IT Operations solutions for reliability.
• Build predictive analytics models for incidents and capacity planning.
• Implement AIOps platforms using telemetry data, logs, metrics, and traces.
• Drive event correlation, root-cause analysis, and automated remediation workflows.
• Continuously improve operational KPIs like MTTR and availability.
• Develop AI Agents for IT Operations, DevOps, SDLC and STLC optimization.
• Build RAG systems integrating enterprise knowledge repositories.
• Design multi-agent architectures to automate workflows across the SDLC.
• Leverage LLMs, vector databases, embedding models, orchestration frameworks.
• Engage stakeholders to define roadmaps and lead architecture reviews.
