Job summary

CDW is seeking an experienced Revenue Operations professional to own AI Opportunity Intake and lead-flow operations. You’ll log, qualify, and route opportunities while maintaining clear SLAs and audits.

The role coordinates with consultants and IT teams to automate intake, routing, and CRM updates with human-in-the-loop controls. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in revenue ops, CRM expertise (Salesforce), and a strong ability to build dashboards and drive data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in revenue or sales operations in technology services.
• CRM expertise with configuration, automation, and reporting capabilities.
• Strong analytical skills to build dashboards and drive data-based decisions.
• Ability to scale lead-flow processes for larger, multi-practice environments.
• Experience with governance, SLAs, and data hygiene in high-volume settings.
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and agentic automation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end AI intake and lead-flow, logging and advancing to qualification.
• Monitor inbound signals and maintain intake controls to prevent leakage.
• Develop agentic lead-flow with human-in-the-loop checkpoints and CRM updates.
• Route qualified leads by entry point and practice capacity, manage re-routes.
• Maintain dashboards and recurring reports on volume, velocity, and pipeline health.
