Job summary

Unknown company is seeking an AI Operations Analyst to drive adoption, support, and operational management of AI technologies across the business. The role combines AI enablement, business analysis, user support, and process improvement to ensure responsible AI resource management.

The candidate will engage with leadership, gather requirements, coordinate intake, and support PoCs and governance efforts, while enabling employees to leverage AI tools effectively and securely.

Qualifications

• 1-3+ years in IT operations, tech support, or business analysis.
• Experience with Generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini or Claude.
• Ability to manage multiple requests, tickets, or projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience gathering requirements and improving workflows.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for new AI use cases and project requests.
• Meet with stakeholders to understand business challenges and identify AI opportunities.
• Gather requirements and coordinate project intake activities.
• Route qualified opportunities to appropriate technical and business teams for evaluation and prioritization.
• Support employees in adopting AI tools and best practices.
• Deliver onboarding sessions, training materials, and AI literacy programs.
• Help users identify practical AI applications within their workflows.
• Act as a trusted resource for AI-related questions and guidance.
• Manage AI tool access requests and approval workflows.
• Support onboarding and offboarding activities for AI platforms.
• Assist with license management, utilization tracking, and seat assignment across enterprise AI tools.
• Support day-to-day platform administration and user provisioning activities.
• Assist with evaluation and execution of AI proof-of-concept initiatives.
• Coordinate stakeholder feedback and track project progress.
• Help prepare sample datasets, testing scenarios, and documentation.
• Support implementation efforts for new AI capabilities.
• Track adoption metrics, usage trends, and operational KPIs.
• Generate reports on platform utilization and AI program performance.
• Maintain SOPs, process documentation, FAQs, and knowledge-base content.
• Support AI governance, compliance reviews, and access audits.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining AI enablement, business analysis, user support, process improvement, and operational coordination. You'll help employees successfully adopt AI tools, evaluate new use cases, support proof-of-concept initiatives, and ensure AI resources are managed efficiently and responsibly.

AI Project Intake & Business Engagement

• Serve as the first point of contact for new AI use cases and project requests.
• Meet with stakeholders to understand business challenges and identify opportunities for AI-driven solutions.

Reporting & Governance

• Track adoption metrics, usage trends, and operational KPIs.

• Support AI governance, compliance reviews, and access audits.

Qualifications Required

1-3+ years of experience in:

• Hands-on experience using Generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, Claude, or similar technologies.
• Experience managing multiple requests, tickets, or projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience gathering requirements, documenting processes, or improving workflows.

Preferred

• Experience with user onboarding/offboarding and access management.
• Exposure to software licensing or SaaS administration.
• Experience creating reports in Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.
• Familiarity with automation tools such as Power Automate, Zapier, Make, or other low-code platforms.
• Background in AI adoption, change management, digital transformation, or process improvement initiatives.
• PMP, AI, Change Management, or related certifications are a plus.
