Fetch is seeking an AI Operations Specialist to maintain the accuracy and effectiveness of our AI systems. You will evaluate outputs, annotate data, and provide human insight to align technology with real-world needs.

You’ll use tools like ChatGPT and Copilot daily to boost speed and accuracy while supporting data mapping and model quality across the AI stack. This role can be remote within the United States.

Qualifications

• Must be hands-on with LLMs like ChatGPT and Gemini.
• Proficient in Google Sheets and Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP.
• Able to research, use SOPs, and exercise good judgment on ambiguous problems.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate model outputs for accuracy, consistency, and reliability.
• Annotate and label data to train AI models.
• Apply reasoning and investigative research to clarify ambiguous data.
• Support mapping and cataloging for ML models powering product recognition.
• Use AI tools such as ChatGPT and Copilot to improve speed and accuracy.
