Responsibilities

• Auditing and organizing the case management system to ensure files, deadlines, and client records are complete and accurate.
• Building AI-assisted workflows to process medical records, intake calls, and case documents, allowing attorneys to focus on casework.
• Drafting client updates and status communications for attorney review and approval.
• Documenting workflows and procedures to improve efficiency on future cases.
• Participating in intake and case review meetings and preparing follow-up summaries.
• Evaluating new AI tools and reporting findings and recommendations to the team.
• Developing simple dashboards to track case status and identify process bottlenecks.
