Responsibilities

• Audit and organize the case-management system to ensure files and deadlines are complete.
• Build AI-assisted workflows to process medical records, intake calls, and documents.
• Draft client updates and status communications for attorney review.
• Document workflows and procedures to improve efficiency.
• Participate in intake and case review meetings; prepare follow-up summaries.
• Evaluate new AI tools; report findings to the team.
• Develop simple dashboards to track case status and bottlenecks.
