Job summary

Ally Financial is seeking a highly skilled Fellow AI Offensive Security Engineer to join the Offensive Security team. You will perform penetration tests on AI and use AI to perform penetration tests, collaborating with cybersecurity analysts, engineers, and stakeholders to enhance security posture.

The role requires extensive experience in cyber security and offensive security with a focus on AI. Travel up to two times a year may be required, and Ally offers comprehensive Total Rewards including

Qualifications

• 9+ years of relevant experience in cyber security.
• 3+ years in offensive security, with AI focus for 2+ years.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environments.
• Certifications such as OSCP/OSEP or comparable are a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Perform penetration tests on AI/LLM-powered systems and cloud environments.
• Develop and automate pen-testing tools and PoCs.
• Lead reporting and communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Sponsor junior engineers training as needed.
