Qualifications

• PhD or equivalent experience in relevant discipline(s).
• 2+ years of industrial/academic experience in systems/network design for AI or HPC infrastructure.
• Publications or artifacts in systems/networking for AI/ML-enabled infrastructure.
• Experience applying AI/ML to networks and systems (routing, scheduling, telemetry-driven control).

Responsibilities

• Design network architectures and hardware/software co-design for high-performance interconnects and large-scale AI systems.
• Develop AI/ML-based mechanisms for routing, congestion control, and scheduling in GPU/accelerator clusters.
• Prototype ideas in simulation or analytical models; contribute to patents, papers, and prototypes.
• Collaborate with external researchers and publish in conferences.
