Job summary

Google is seeking a Software Engineering Manager to lead major projects, guide a team of engineers, and contribute to product strategy across diverse areas like information retrieval, AI, and real-time media.

You will manage engineers across teams and locations, oversee large budgets, and drive deployment of large-scale projects globally, including a new AI-native product’s lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, C, C++, Java, JavaScript).
• 5 years of experience with design and architecture; and testing/launching software products.
