Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience managing and developing managers.
• 8 years of experience designing software architecture for applications, including AI/ML systems.
• 8 years of experience building and architecting ML systems and infrastructure.
• 5 years of experience in a people management role.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor engineers across multiple teams and locations.
• Direct goals and execution for agentic AI architectures and RL/ RM methods to reduce hallucinations.
• Bridge applied AI research and production deployment while overseeing fine-tuning and evaluation.
• Drive telemetry and benchmarks to improve reliability and velocity of agentic workflows.
• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to identify bottlenecks and quality issues.
