IDR is seeking an AI-Native Software Engineering Manager to join one of our top clients in Denver, CO, Huntersville, NC, Rosemont, IL, or Las Vegas, NV. This role leads a dynamic team of engineers responsible for developing and maintaining cutting-edge platforms that power our client's innovative products.

You will mentor engineers, oversee architecture and CI/CD, and champion AI-native practices across the software lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of software development experience with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Proficiency in C# / ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework Core, SQL Server / Azure SQL, and front-end frameworks like React or Angular.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-native deployment practices.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills with a focus on AI-native engineering.

Position Overview/Responsibilities for the AI-Native Software Engineering Manager:

Lead and mentor a diverse team of software engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

Oversee the delivery of high-quality software, ensuring timely completion of features, bug fixes, and technical investments.

Engage in technical oversight, including architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical planning.

Drive the adoption of AI-assisted development tools and ensure effective integration of AI agents in the software development lifecycle.

Collaborate with engineering leaders to uphold AI development standards and contribute to engineering-wide initiatives.

Required Skills for AI-Native Software Engineering Manager:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Over 7 years of professional software development experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
